Our Workflow
At Translation Monster, we understand the importance of quality when it comes to translations. That’s why we use tailor-made Total Quality Management (TQM) to ensure consistent and excellent quality translations, following our workflow:
Reception
- Customer arrives to submit a request for translation.
- Customer receives an official quotation
- Confirmation
- Process of translation
- Customer receives document
- Process of payment
Translation procedure
To ensure the quality of our translation, documents are assigned to a translator who works in his/her native language and is in deep knowledge. To the extent possible, the translated material always follows the presentation and layout of the original document. This is our Translation procedure:
- Specialize translator receives the document and start the process of translation.
- First proofread by another specialize translator
- Re-edit the document if needed.
- Final proofread before submitted to our customer.
If there is any feedback from the customer, Translation Monster provides a prompt and appropriate response to our customer. If the document needs to be revised by our customers, we allow two time changes but our customer needs to pay for the administration fee. We charge $2/page for reprinting document.
